How to order from us
1. We are only doing manual EFT orders to public. This will continue until further notice. Our website is static. Please email info@ecoelephant.co.za or ecoelephant2018@gmail.com and get our product pricelist . Select the products you like to order from the list and email us back along with your address, phone number and shipping options. We will manually invoice you. Order will be processed once the amount reflects in our bank account.
We are low on stock/some fabric and products are one of a kind so we will be unable to hold for you. The invoice is valid only for 12 hours from the time of issue. If you have not done the payment in that time, the order will be cancelled.
Please check your spam as sometimes our emails with price lists might end up there.
2.Buy from one of the shops that retail our products - contact us to find the one near you.
