How it works
Ecoelephant quarterly club is for you to plan ahead and stock sustainable products for the next 3 months. The orders will be for the month of March, June, September and December. Price list will be send by the 15th of the previous month. For example for the order collection in March, pricelist will be send in February 15th. We will send out the price list and get the orders from clients. Orders are open till the 22nd of that month and invoices will be send by 25th of that month. The prices are only for EFT order. Payment for these has to be done in advance when invoiced as we need to settle the suppliers account to process the order. Order will be processed only once the amount reflects in our bank account. The invoice has to be paid immediately and is valid only for 2 days from the time of issue. If you haven't done the payment in that time, the order will be cancelled. Please keep in mind that there is a lot of admin involved and your timely payement is important to reduce the order processing time. If you have something that you need to get further clarification on, please email us . We are pretty fast at responding. Product will be ready for collection within 2 to 3 weeks time.
