We charge a flat rate of R40 for drop off to Southern Suburb, Cape Town & Atlantic Seaboard, Cape town (1 to 10 days,might be weekends and after hours)
We charge a flat rate of R75 for all deliveries to the main centers in South Africa. We also use Paxi courier for outlying areas , as it is much affordable for customers.
Paxi Small for Outlying areas ( 7 to 9 business days )- R50
Paxi Large for Outlying areas ( 7 to 9 business days )- R80
If you live outside our courier's main centers (see list below), either select the option for couriers outside the main center at the checkout or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org before the checkout process to discuss delivery options.

Please contact us for your international orders. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes will apply to your purchase and are NOT INCLUDED in the price that you pay to Ecoelephant . You must pay these fees when your order is delivered at your destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package once it has shipped and to contact the corresponding courier to clear up any charges owed.
The following Delivery Policy is only valid for merchandise purchased via the Ecoelephant (“the one shop”). This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs. Delivery is subject to stock availability. For South African orders to main centers, we will aim to deliver within 3 – 5 working days. For South African orders outside of main centers, we will aim to deliver within 4 – 6 working days. All time estimates are not guaranteed. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The courier website will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather. International orders may have delays due to the customs process. If there are any issues during delivery that cause a delay, no type of refund or credit will be issued. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after an order has been received and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on a Friday , weekends, holidays and our holidays will be processed on the following Business day.
Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted.
We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible
Before you finalize your order, you have the option to indicate in the "Notes" field whether the order should only be delivered to you OR you can specify an alternative authorized person's name to receive it on your behalf. You or the authorized person will be required to show proof of identification to the courier upon delivery.
The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.
In the unlikely event that the parcel/carton is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can either:
Check the parcel in front of the driver and indicate on the courier's waybill (delivery documentation) whether there are any breakages, and/or damages and/or items missing.
Both parties (the courier and the person receiving) will need to co-sign their names against this indication. If the receiving person chooses to still accept the damaged carton, the waybill will reflect that a damaged parcel was received and accepted with both parties co-signing. Alternatively, the receiving person can send the parcel back and indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back. Both parties will need to co-sign against this indication.

Ecoelephant reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at our discretion.
Package gets returned to us
Domestic & International: We will contact the customer as soon as the package is received back at our facility, if we don’t receive a response within 7 business days, the package will be discarded and no refund or replacement will be issued. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped to the them again. Any packages returned to us due to the customer’s failure to pick up a package, nonpayment of customs fees, or an incorrect provided address will not receive a refund on shipping charges and may incur additional charges.
Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order.
